Cycling Fitness & Health

Cycling is a sport and activity that has great fitness benefits. Running and jogging were prominent during the 70′s, 80′s and 90′s. As runners aged the ankles and knees started to feel the results of the constant pounding of the pavement and I continue to hear anecdotal narratives that a lot the runners are taking up cycling.
Cycling has all the benefits of running but is much more gentle on the body as it is a low impact exercise.
So adding some space age technology such as carbon fibre from Formula One with great design and designer brand clothing and lycra and the cycling fitness craze gathers momentum as it is not just exercise but a brand and technology showcase.
This cycling portal will also look at the synergies that cycling provides for fitness and health and the improvements to these that a good diet can provide.
